When will my cleaners arrive?
For mid-day appointments, we give a 2-hour arrival window to account for traffic and the length of earlier cleanings. For example, if you book for 11 a.m., we’ll arrive between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Morning appointments usually start right on time.
Will I have the same person every time?
If you set a recurring service, we do our best to send the same team each visit. At least one person who knows your home will always be there.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide entry instructions so we can clean while they’re away.
