What is the Greentified™ Guarantee?

If anything isn’t right, notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we’ll return to re-clean at no cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 business hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Late cancellations incur a $90 fee. If our team cannot gain access (lockout), the service is forfeited.

Where can I find my booking details?

All bookings are managed through our Square booking system. You can review, reschedule, or cancel directly from your confirmation email or account link.

Credit Card on File: To make things easy and secure your booking, we ask for a credit card to be kept on file.

Charge After Service: We only charge your card after the cleaning service is complete. Your happiness is our priority.

Tipping: You can give cash tips directly to cleaners or let us know to add it to your card before we process payment.

Additional Policies

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover).

Receipts: Sent automatically via text and email after payment.

Cancellation: Please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before your appointment to avoid a potential cancellation fee.
