When do cleaners arrive?
For mid-day appointments we give a two-hour arrival window — SF traffic and prior-job length do vary. For example, if you book for 11 a.m., expect the team between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. First-visit morning arrivals are tighter.
Will I get the same team each visit?
