What’s the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps your home fresh and tidy. Deep cleaning goes further — we move furniture, clean baseboards, inside appliances, blinds, and more. It’s ideal for first visits or when extra detail is needed.
How do I know which service I need?
If your home is cleaned regularly, standard cleaning is likely enough. If it’s your first time booking or it’s been a while, we recommend deep cleaning to reset your space.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s up to you. Most clients prefer to give us access and return to a clean home. If you’re home, no problem — our team is trained to clean quietly and professionally.
Do you clean inside the fridge, oven, and cabinets?
Yes — these are add-ons and can be included in either cleaning. Just let us know during booking, and we’ll take care of it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Always. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products and professional equipment, including HEPA-filter vacuums and color-coded microfiber cloths.
What if I have pets?
We love pets. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for any sensitivities or access needs.
