A standard two-bedroom apartment typically takes about 4 to 5 hours, while a larger three- or four-bedroom home may need 6 to 8 hours. We focus on thoroughness over speed because the goal is to leave the space in pristine, inspection-ready condition.
What is included in a move-out cleaning?
Our move-out cleaning covers every surface a landlord or property manager will inspect. This includes deep cleaning of all bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, tile grout), kitchen appliances inside and out (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), all cabinets and drawers wiped inside, baseboards, light switches, door frames, window sills, closet interiors, ceiling fan blades, and thorough floor care throughout. We leave the space ready for the next occupant.
Should I clean before or after moving my furniture out?
We recommend scheduling your cleaning after all furniture and belongings have been removed. This allows our team to access every corner, baseboard, and closet without obstacles, resulting in a far more thorough clean. If you need cleaning before your move-out date while some items are still present, we can accommodate that too, but the results are best with an empty space.
Do you offer same-day or next-day move-out cleaning?
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Same-day availability depends on our current schedule, but next-day bookings are often possible, especially on weekdays. If you are on a tight move-out deadline, call us directly and we will work to fit you in. We understand that moving timelines can shift unexpectedly, and we are here to help.
