Late Cancellations

The first appointments of the day are scheduled for a precise time, with no arrival window.

For all other appointments, we provide a 2-hour window to account for travel and the needs of earlier clients.
Example: An 11:00 a.m. booking means your team will arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
