Do you serve all of SoMa?
Yes. We clean homes across South Beach, Yerba Buena, Rincon Hill, South Park, and the Mission Bay border, plus the high-rises near Oracle Park, Moscone Center, and Salesforce Tower. Our Marin headquarters is a short drive across the Bay Bridge.
When do cleaners arrive?
For mid-day appointments we give a two-hour arrival window — SoMa traffic and prior-job length do vary. For example, if you book for 11 a.m., expect the team between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. First-visit arrivals are tighter.
Will I get the same team each visit?
On a Clean+ plan, you see the same dedicated W-2 team every visit. For one-time jobs, we send a team that knows your home — at minimum, one member who's visited before will be on the crew.
