Green Planet Clean+ Membership

This Green Planet Clean+ Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“You,” “Member,” or “Client”) and Green Planet Cleaning Services (“Green Planet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in a Green Planet Clean+ Membership, scheduling a service, or otherwise using the services described herein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ENROLL IN A MEMBERSHIP OR USE OUR SERVICES.
1. Definitions
"Regular Cleaning" refers to the scope of work detailed in the Green Planet Regular Cleaning Checklist, which is provided to the Member and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
"Service" or "Services" refers to the Regular Cleaning performed by Green Planet personnel at the Member’s specified property.
2. The Green Planet Clean+ Membership
2.1. Membership Tiers & Benefits.
Your membership entitles you to one (1) scheduled Regular Cleaning Service per Service Period at the agreed-upon Flat Fee for your chosen tier:
- Consistent Clean (Bi-Weekly): One Service every two weeks at a 10% discount from the standard non-member rate.
- Pristine Living (Weekly): One Service every week at a 15% discount from the standard non-member rate.
Core Benefits: All members receive the Preferred Member Rate, automated scheduling and billing, priority booking access, and dedicated Member Support. As part of the Regular Cleaning, members also receive ongoing light upkeep of the refrigerator interior and oven door.
2.2. The Custom Onboarding Clean & Flat-Fee Agreement.
Your membership journey begins with a Custom Onboarding Clean. This initial service, priced from our standard rates, allows us to assess your home and cleaning needs.
Following this service, we will provide you with a written proposal for your recurring Flat Fee. Upon your acceptance of this proposal, your Clean+ Membership will be activated.
As a welcome benefit, your applicable membership discount (10% or 15%) will be retroactively applied to your Custom Onboarding Clean. Your membership will then commence with your first upfront monthly payment, as detailed in Section 4.1.
3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
3.3. Skipping or Cancelling an Individual Service.
We require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice to reschedule or skip a scheduled Service without a fee. As your membership services are pre-paid, the following policies apply to late cancellations and lock-outs:
- Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours’ notice): If a Service is cancelled with less than 24 business hours’ notice, a $90.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your payment method on file. Your pre-paid service for that appointment will remain as a credit on your account, which you may use for a future rescheduled service. This service credit must be used within the current monthly billing cycle and does not roll over to the next month. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee placement within the same service week.
- Lock-Out: If our team is unable to gain access to the property upon arrival for any reason (e.g., locked doors, incorrect entry codes, presence of unrestrained pets), the pre-paid service for that appointment will be forfeited. No service credit will be retained, and no refund will be issued. This policy compensates our team for the time and travel reserved exclusively for your appointment.
4. Billing and Payments
4.1. Membership Fees & Automatic Renewal.
Your Clean+ Membership is month-to-month and renews automatically. Your first month's fee is charged upon enrollment. Subsequently, your stored payment method will be charged automatically on your monthly renewal date for the upcoming month’s services.
5. Service Scope and Client Responsibilities
5.1. Scope of Regular Cleaning.
Your membership includes the services detailed in the Green Planet Regular Cleaning Checklist. Any tasks outside this checklist (e.g., interior window cleaning, deep cleaning tasks) are considered Add-On Services, must be requested in advance, and will be quoted separately. All Add-On Services are billed separately to your payment method on file and are not included in your upfront monthly membership fee.
6. The Greentified™ Satisfaction Guarantee
Green Planet provides this limited express warranty in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your Regular Cleaning Service, you must notify Member Support within 24 hours of the Service completion. Your sole and exclusive remedy will be for us to arrange to return and re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no additional charge.
During the service, our team will document and report any permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or areas that cannot be cleaned to our standards due to their condition or the need for specialized equipment not included in our standard service. These items are excluded from this guarantee. Failure to notify us of a service concern within 24 hours will void this guarantee. Refunds are not offered for services that have been performed.
8. Membership Term and Cancellation
8.2. Cancellation by You.
You are responsible for cancelling your Clean+ Membership through your online account or by contacting Member Support before your next monthly renewal date to avoid future charges. No refunds or credits are provided for partial months.
10. Employee Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit for hire, either directly or indirectly, any employee or former employee of Green Planet for the purpose of providing cleaning services for a period of twelve (12) months after the termination of your Clean+ Membership. Should you breach this clause, you agree to pay a liquidated damages and referral fee of $50,000.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
