What’s the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning is designed for routine maintenance — dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, wiping countertops, and keeping bathrooms fresh on a weekly or biweekly schedule. Deep cleaning goes much further. Our eco-friendly deep cleaning service targets built-up grime in hard-to-reach areas: behind appliances, inside oven interiors, grout scrubbing, baseboard detailing, light fixture cleaning, and thorough sanitization of high-touch surfaces. We use HEPA-filter vacuums and non-toxic products for both services, but a deep clean typically takes 2–3x longer and covers areas that routine cleaning doesn’t reach. Most homeowners schedule a deep cleaning every 3–6 months alongside regular upkeep.
How do I know which service I need?
If your home is cleaned regularly, standard cleaning is likely enough. If it’s your first time booking or it’s been a while, we recommend deep cleaning to reset your space.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s up to you. Most clients prefer to give us access and return to a clean home. If you’re home, no problem — our team is trained to clean quietly and professionally.
Do you clean inside the fridge, oven, and cabinets?
Yes — these are add-ons and can be included in either cleaning. Just let us know during booking, and we’ll take care of it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Always. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products and professional equipment, including HEPA-filter vacuums and color-coded microfiber cloths.
What if I have pets?
We love pets. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for any sensitivities or access needs.

How often should I schedule a deep cleaning?
For most homes, we recommend a professional deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months. If you have pets, allergies, or a busy household, quarterly deep cleans help maintain healthier indoor air quality and prevent grime buildup. Many clients pair a recurring regular cleaning schedule with seasonal deep cleans for the best results. After events, renovations, or extended periods without service, a one-time deep clean is the ideal reset for your home.
What areas does a deep cleaning cover that regular cleaning doesn’t?
Our deep cleaning service includes everything in a regular clean plus: interior window cleaning, baseboard and crown molding detailing, inside cabinets and drawers (upon request), behind and under major appliances, grout and tile scrubbing, ceiling fan and vent dusting, light switch and door frame sanitization, and detailed bathroom descaling. We also address often-missed spots like chair legs, blind slats, and door tracks — leaving no surface untouched.
