1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Green Planet Cleaning Services ("Green Planet," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our online calculator, and all other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your access to and use of the Services is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you may not use our Services.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Green Planet, a Green Planet employee, or another user.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Green Planet or users of the Services.

3. Online Estimates and Bookings

Our online calculator provides an estimate based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, this estimate is not a guaranteed final price. The final price for your service will be confirmed upon our team's arrival and assessment of the property if the scope of work differs significantly from the details provided online. All services are subject to our Service Agreement, which will be provided to you at the time of booking.

4. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS)

By subscribing to Green Planet Cleaning Services mobile messages, you agree to the following terms:

• Consent: When you opt-in to the service (e.g., by booking a service, filling out a contact form, or updating your profile), we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Text messages may include booking confirmations, service reminders, updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Help: If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Green Planet, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Employee Non-Solicitation

By using our Services, you agree not to solicit for hire, either directly or indirectly, any employee of Green Planet for the purpose of providing cleaning services outside of your agreement with us. We invest significantly in training and vetting our professional staff to ensure the highest quality and security. Should you breach this agreement by directly hiring a current or former employee of Green Planet within twelve (12) months of their last employment with us, a referral fee of $5,000 will be due immediately. This fee is to compensate for our investment in recruiting and training.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither Green Planet nor any person associated with Green Planet makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

8. Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GREEN PLANET, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Planet, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
