  My experience with cleaning services in the past has been really inconsistent -- most do a good job some of the time, some do something dreadful that costs me more... read more to fix or in losses than I pay for their services (like putting my one and only pair of designer dress slacks in the washing machine, which I'd purchased in Italy five years prior, then trying to hide them with the rags instead of taking accountability for what they'd done). I've struggled with the "time vs. money vs. hassle" math many times, and consequently, have never had a consistent service. Regular cleaning is not inexpensive, so when the final impression wasn't a joyful one, or I spent lots of time asking for things to be corrected, it just didn't feel worth it.

From monthly cleaning to move-out cleaning of my old two-story two-bedroom carpeted condo, and now monthly cleaning of my hardwood and tile floored four-bedroom house, they've been super reliable, providing truly fantastic service. We've had a couple of different teams service our home, but all have been thorough and professional, leaving our home exactly as we'd hope -- well-cleaned, efficiently and with safe ingredients, fragile items handled carefully, and always with a friendly smile.   I had this company do a deep cleaning on my empty, just out of construction phase home and they did an AMAZING. never better - so good that I signed... read more up for a "regular cleaning" which I know consisted of all exterior stuff, not of the cleaning fridge and cabinet insides etc. However, for the price, I definitely feel like the crew the 2nd time around did a job that I could of done. They were there for not more than 2 hours.  Cleaned the bathrooms find, however did not wash down my bathroom vanity, my floors did not shine like they did the first time just a month prior (mind you, during this time, we still didn't even live in our new home).  She cleaned the stove well, counter, just so-so and the stainless sink in kitchen was not done at all. She managed to fold our toilet paper nicely though.  I will probably not use them again unless they promised to send the same cleaning ladies as the first time, who obviously put more care into their work.
