Do your maids bring their own supplies?
Our maids come equipped with main cleaning supplies but we ask that you provide basic tools like brooms, sponges etc. We can use your own products if you prefer.
Do I need to be home during maid service?
No, most clients are not home during maid service and provide us access. We recommend not being home so we can work uninterrupted.
How many maids will clean my home?
You’ll have 2 professional maids – a team leader and member. Team size may vary based on home size.
Will I have the same maids each time?
We try to ensure the same maids clean your home consistently. If we must rotate staff, at least one regular maid will be there.
What time will the maids arrive?
Give us a 1 hour arrival window. We try to be on-time but may run late.
How do I reschedule maid service?
Call 24 hrs before your scheduled cleaning to reschedule. You can also log into your account online.
How do I pay for your maid service?
Payment is due same-day via your secure online account. We bill automatically after each cleaning.
